Welcome!

Welcome to my brand new marketing blog!

So, why a marketing blog Jim?

Unlike my website, when you read something HERE, you can share your thoughts, ideas and opinions with everyone else AND your ‘comment’ will go live immediately!

This allows my readers and myself to respond to your comments and get a conversation going – something that’s just not possible via a traditional website.

This is a great way for you to gain valuable feedback, whenever you need it!

As well as marketing tips and guides, I will ALSO be using this blog to give you a unique insight into my day-to-day work.  The idea is to pass on anything I think you might find either useful, interesting or both!

So, why not say hello?

I would love to get as many of my readers as possible to leave a comment here in my ‘welcome post’, so please say hello and if possible, let us know your company name and where you are!

To leave a comment, just click the comment link below.

If you found this information useful, just think how much more successful your business can be, with me as your personal Marketing Coach! To find out more, please read this!

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for your newsletters. Much of what you say is common sense, but often acts as a ‘reminder’ to keep us on the straight and narrow, and helps us to focus. We recently purchased your motivational materclass online, and both our management and sales teams found it to be excellent. Thanks again.

    Regards
    Stuart

P.S. My Office Supplies Business is based quite close to you in Doncaster. http://www.intecoffice.co.uk Thanks again for all the great work.

    Hi Jim
I love what you do and how you do it, except one thing, which you have now corrected. I love the way you use typographical emphasis, but up until now you have been using underlines which meant I was automatically trying to click the link for more of Jim’s jinksy advice somewhere else on your website. And now you are guiding us to your live blogg area you have cut out the underlines until you actually mean to guide your reader on to a different page. Well done, it just goes to show that the experts are always learning too. And don’t give up the typo-emphasis it really works.

    Best
    Steve

Am I alone or does the comment above make absolutely no sense?

Good luck with the new blog, not that you will need it!

    Hello Steve,

Thanks for popping by the blog!

I am not sure I understand what you are referring to, regarding underlines though?

I avoid using them unless they are a hyperlink – as people tend to click on them.

    Hello Helen,

    Thanks for your comment.

No, I’m not sure what Steve was referring to either – I think it might have been something to do with links.

    Hello Tom,
You are very kind. Just so you know, for every 500 people who read my newsletter each week, I get just one email with a ‘thank you’ or comment.

I have a very large following in Malaysia and it’s one of the biggest international markets for my audio program too.

    Thanks,

    Hi Jim,
    Well here’s another ‘thank you!’

I recently won a free hour’s consultation with you which was great. I made copious notes during and after the consultation and am slowly but surely implementing the advice you gave me. (I’d be doing it quickly if I wasn’t so busy!)

I also regularly read your newsletters and always find them packed with great ideas.

I think the blog’s a wonderful idea and wish you loads of luck with it.

    Best wishes,
