There are experts out there who are experts only in their mind. I was on a mailing list and got marketing tips each week from a guy who called himself a guru but his information was generic and ineffective. I have been following your stuff Jim for a few years and you are able to give consistently unique and easy to use answers. Love it. This needs to be said.
