I missed you on Twitter. I had sent you a message a couple weeks ago but you were probably in too much pain to read it.

I love reading your updates (on any medium you use) and, because of your valuable advice over the telephone, I already have two clients using my 1yr consulting program.

Can't thank you enough Jim.

Thanks for the great resources. Reading your blog ALWAYS helps me to refocus (I tend to drift) and points me in a better direction.

Thanks.

Absolutely brilliant article Jim! I have been lurking on your blog for the past 6 months or so and must say I have really resonated with your writing style and your authenticity.

Obviously this article is relevant to me as I am involved with Chiropractic myself, glad to see you are felling better.

Aha.

That's a perfect example of 'real life' sale obsessed 'sellers'.

All that matters to them is themselves, their products, how good and affordable they are.

Regardless of our differences, human beings are creators 'governed' by emotions - so he who connect the most emotionally, usually wins the sale.

Glad your back, up and about.
Just goes to show, when it comes to determining the best product or service, you should pay more attention to the quality of the product/service being offered than the price alone.

Jim, glad you are feeling better.

I couldn't agree more on "not selling". Selling is Taking, Service is Giving. It's important to give customers service, and keep them talking to you, particularly in this economy.

If you give them service, listen to them, understand what is important, when they are ready to buy, you will be at the top of their list.

I have written two blog posts on this very topic if anyone is interested in more info.

1) Serving or Selling: http:// azzarellogroup.com/blog/2009/03/02/serving-or-selling/

2) Service or Torture:

regards, Patty

Glad to hear you are on the mend. I miss you on Twitter, but glad to read your superb blog.
Chiro helped me with a terrible whiplash injury many years ago,but they are not all reputable. Referrals such as the ones you will be giving on your chiropractor are their bread and butter. Cheers!

THANKS! See, you are appreciated. Actually, my husband conducts his sales in the same way (sells putting greens). In this economy the last thing a person wants is to feel like he's buying something from a used car salesman (not that there's anything WRONG with that)lol

I just started my own co and when I get huge (lol) I wouldn't sell like that either. Who wants to deal with a pompas person. Good post.
