Smiling–a new faculty member moved to new a area and constantly talked about how much she loved life where she had come from—finally, one day when I heard as enough I said “Then why don’t you move back there?” Never heard another world from her on the subject.
This time it was action on my part that made the difference.

I totally agree with you on this subject.

It seems that those who complain the most are the ones taking less action. Funny how that correlation works, because you would think the ones taking action have more to complain about…but once you begin to put plans into action, there is less to complain about.

I’m glad I’m not the only one ranting on about this. I’ve been saying for years now that the most precious human resource is action.

I’m off the opinion that we are educated beyond our level of obedience. IOW, we know far more than we do – just like you are saying.

Bloggers like you are a Godsend, because you don’t just give ‘content’, you give ‘clarity’ and rouse action. Thank you!
