Many people make the mistake of dismissing people on first impressions - but if you do this, you may be missing out on a great opportunity. Politeness costs nothing, and it doesn't take very long to work out whether the person you are talking to has something you might be interested in. Whilst you're giving them a polite moment of your time, you're also giving them a good impression which they can share with others. Hi Jim,
