Here’s a question for you:
Have you ever wondered how far you can go with your business?
I mean, if you REALLY applied yourself fully; did the hard stuff, made the tough decisions, used all those great ideas you have picked up over the years – how far could you go?
I believe you are capable of truly amazing things.
Here’s why I am sharing this with you today: By cranking things up a gear or two, you can achieve literally life-changing results.
Make this YOUR moment
My mentor Jim Rohn used to say that whilst a ship can’t turn around in an instant, it can change its course instantly. Right now, you have the power to make this your moment; the moment where you decided to move things up to the next level and change the course of your business (and life) forever.
I will give you all the help I can here on the blog and via Twitter.
Come on, let’s do this!

I have a great face for text, Mark
I couldn’t agree more – good motivational stuff Jim – as a matter of interest how long does it take to turn around a ship?
To keep with the ship theme Ian, it would depend on how big the ship was and how swiftly the captain got his or her act together.
Thanks for the comment sir!
Exactly the question that I began 2010 with and exactly the question I intend to address in 2010. It has felt like my year from day 1.
That’s a great foundation to build the year on, Julie.
2010 has really gotten off to a great start. I need to apply your theme both personally and professionally. Personally – Its time this ship gets in better shape: lose weight and get stronger/faster, working everyday at i. Professionally, I want to be making mass change over night. My favorite quote by Nicholas Negropante. “Incrementalism is Innovations worse nightmare. The sky is the limit. Great Post to end the business week on.
Thanks Brent!
