Everything I recommend here is a service or product that I use and believe in.
I accept paid advertising. These ads are placed below blog posts and always separated from the blog content, with a message asking readers to ‘check out this post’s sponsor.
I do not write posts about products, services, companies or individuals, in return for payment.
The views and opinions expressed on Jim’s Marketing are mine. I only recommend things that I believe in, based on my expertise. Obviously, any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
WebFusion very kindly sponsor (pay for) my web hosting. I am not an affiliate of their services, so I do not receive a payment when you click their banner on my sidebar. I am also not required to write blog posts about them. I was a very satisfied customer of WebFusion before they sponsored the blog, because of the speed and reliability of their hosting. At the time of writing this, I have been with them for 2 years and had just one short period of downtime: THAT’S why I allow them to sponsor the blog.
I was an affiliate for the Headway WordPress theme. Old posts say they have affiliate links, but they point to a dead affiliate account. I still recommend Headway and still use Headway on all my sites.
I am an affiliate for Sucuri Security. I have used their services and was amazed at the quality, speed and affordability of their work. If you want to protect your site from malware and hackers, I can not recommend Sucuri enough
I write for The Microsoft Business Blog.
