It’s rare to find a business that answers their support phone line as fast as their sales phone line.

It’s rare to find a business that under-promises with its marketing.

It’s rare to find a business that has the courage to lead their field.

It’s rare to find a business that shows respect for their competitors.

It’s rare to find a business that’s offering a uniquely valuable service.

It’s rare to find a business that takes the lead on ethics.

It’s rare to find a business that encourages their employees to use their initiative.

Although businesses like this are rare, they exist in every industry. Including yours. They’re the businesses that raise the bar on what the marketplace expects. They’re the businesses that are growing their market share at an incredible pace, as the word spreads about them and clients flock to them.

So, what’s your plan?

It’s no longer sustainable for a business owner to remain in their comfort zone. What may be good enough today, won’t be good enough tomorrow. They will find it hard to retain existing clients, let alone attract new clients.

The bottom line: Now that offering more of the same is not an option, what’s your plan?
